I feel it, i'm Jewish by blood, but in my heart I cannot live dogma of any variety, and also the Jewdaism I was exposed to was almost exclusively about tradition whereas I am all about change. I still feel the message of being yourself, I wont go changing my name... I haven't looked into it much relly, but I know there is an ancient jewish text called the Qabala that is basically the metaphysics of jewdaism, it talks about the chakras and the light body of humans, if you know it better than me then ignore this, but if not, do a search.
I have to ask because my dad is the only real Jew that I have communication with and he is a Bush backing republican, what is your perspective on the Israel/Palestine ######uation. I really do want to know what average(or non) Jews feel about this, but you dont have to share if you dont wanna. Peace.

im sorry to say but you guys will never get anywhere with this. Hip Hop in itself is a "religion" you cant be "jewish" and do Hip Hop at the same time, bad things may happen. I suggest you guys honestly re-evaluate what is trying to be done here. and no; skills dont mean ###### in Hip Hop if what must come first is unpresent. ie: 50cent. Make it universal, you make it seem only Jewish people live on Earth

yo, first of all there are some things we have to mention that we didn't say before...well, when we first wrote that, it was a joke, like it was a bit serious and humorous, we've both improved since then though...also, even though the 2-man group is called jewish star (after black star haha), we will eventually change the name...also, that will be our only jewish song, you know, since it was called jewish star, we had to do one jewish song...also pork is the bomb haha! and LiftiD, you did have a couple of good points, but back then, we took hip-hop seriously but not ourselves and what we were doing...we are both pretty lazy...so that is the only rap for jewish star we have so far...but eventually....we'll have some more...serious or funny...all good and you can expect more to come....

What do you mean "Pork is wrong"? Sure I know that it ain't good for you, if you eat too much of the stuff you'll have some health problems, but what do you mean by saying that it is wrong?

Is eating all animals wrong? Or just the pigs? If eating all animals is wrong is it because we are killing living things? Cause that's what we're doing when we eat veggies. We plant, grow and eventually kill plants in order to eat them. And if it's just eating pigs that is wrong then what makes pigs any different then cows or chickens?

Now excuse me for playing "devil's advocate" here but I'm saying this because I don't like the term "Wrong" because it is totally subjective. When you say words like that you are literally wasting everyone's time because the conversation is meaningless. It's like saying "Chocolate icedcream is so good." "No it's not, it's so bad." What can you gain from that conversation? Does the words "Good" and "Bad" or "Right" or "Wrong" really serve a purpose? It just sounds confusing to me.

Anyway, I think it's good that you don't eat meat, I'd like to become Vegan or vegetarian some day perhaps but I wouldn't go about saying that it is right or wrong, moral or immoral. Everyone was brought up differently. If you were brought up thinking that it is okay that it is "right" to you. Just like if you were brought up in New Guinea than you'd think that when you get sick it was because someone casted a spell on you and you'd go see the local witch doctor.
